Vitamin B1 can be found in whole grains and fortified cereals.
Vitamin B2 can be found in green veggies liver, kidney, whole grains, milk, yeast, cheese, oily fish, and eggs.
Vitamin B3 can be found in chicken, veal, oily fish, beets, and peanuts.
Vitamin B5 can be found in fish, liver, kidneys, peas and walnuts.
Vitamin B6 can be found breads and cereals, fish, chicken, and bananas.
Vitamin B9 can be found in pinto beans, navy beans, green veggies, beef, and brown rice.
Vitamin B12 can be found in king crab, herring, salmon, tuna, and clams.
Vitamin C can be found in almost all CITRUS fruits.
Vitamin D can be found in sardines, salmon, fortified milk, fortified cereals, herring, liver, tuna, and butter.
Vitamin E can be found in wheat germ, nuts, spinach, and sunflower seeds.
Vitamin H can be found in almost all nuts.
Vitamin K can be found in green leafy veggies.
