Your Target benefits will depend on the level of your employment at Target. A senior manager will obviously have greater benefits than a new part-time employee. The full benefits package provides a variety of medical care options, vision benefits, account-based plans with either a Health Reimbursement Account or a Health Savings Account, a PPO plan and HMOs. If you qualify for health care benefits you also have access to a Flexible Spending Account which allows an employee to set aside a portion of each pay check for items such as deductibles, co-insurance, dental and vision expenses. The FSA is a tax-free fund! Dental Coverage is available as well to those who qualify. You can pick your own dentist or find one within the network. Often it is better to find one within the Network in order to maximize your savings and reduce your out-of-pocket costs.
